So, many of you know that the Cowboys have been Ruben's favorite team forever!  Sean has actually liked the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since before we moved to FL, and just a week or so ago we were talking about what if they played each other?  Well, sure enough, shortly after that conversation, we heard there would be a game with both those teams against each other.  Ruben was excited to have this football bonding moment with Sean since Tyler isn't big on football.  He went and bought wings and they camped out in the living room and watched the game.  It was kinda a cool moment in our house!

Hello all!  So, we left Monday and drove for 11 hours, which really means we were on the road for 13 hours or more, and that got us to Lakewood Colorado.  That is where Ruben's best friend, Sean, lives.  We spent the whole day yesterday there so that we could spend some time with him.  It was really nice to not have to get up and get on the road again right away, and we got some stuff to BBQ, and hung out with Sean and his girlfriend, Becky.  She is really nice and we really like her.  It was just so great to see Sean, since our Sean was 3 months old last time we saw him.

Today we got up late and headed out about an hour later than we wanted to, but that's okay.  We drove for almost 9 hours and are now in Lubbock, Texas. 

 Tomorrow we will head to Boerne, Texas, which is where our good friends, Shawna, Kevin, Austin & Alaina Fox live.  We will be spending a few days with them, since we haven't seen them since we lived in Germany.

OKay, so I am exhausted and am going to head to bed, just thought I would keep everyone up to date.

I thought I would try this site since I am not sure I am loving myspace or facebook.  I have been really impressed how Jessica has her site and how I feel like I have been able to watch Xander grow even though I never met him until last weekend.  So, maybe this will be my answer to helping everyone see Tyler and Sean grow, especially with us moving to Tampa in August and being so far away from family.  I thought I would just try it out tonight and we will see how it goes.  Hopefully I can get my Mom and Dad to maybe get online to look at the site, that will be my biggest challenge.  Here is a picture of the kids goofing around.
